Slinger Bag Returns Policy - North America
If you are not satisfied with your Slinger Launcher, Oscillator, Telescopic Ball Collector Tube, Cell Phone Camera Holder or any other Slinger item (collectively, “Slinger Bag Products”), you may, subject to the following terms and to any statutory or legal rights you may have, return your product within 30 days after your delivery.
Any Slinger Bag Product you wish to return must be in new and unused condition with all packaging intact as per the original shipment for the relevant item.
We are only able to process e-commerce returns for Slinger Bag Products that were purchased on www.slingerbag.com. If you purchased a product from an authorized dealer, you may inquire about returning it by contacting the dealer directly.
Please note that if you are making a claim under Slinger Bag’s warranty, please follow the instructions found at www.slingerbag.com/warranty . Please note that Slinger Bag’s Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear resulting from your use of Slinger Bag Products or damage caused by improper use or accidents. It also does not cover the Lithium Battery life or any type of tennis ball.
We do not offer any refunds for shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Slinger Bag Product.
Returns will be charged an additional restocking fee of $100 in North Americas for Launchers, and $30 in the Americas for Oscillators. This return fee will be deducted from the amount to be issued to you as a refund.
If your Slinger Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, missing packaging materials or otherwise has signs of abuse or use, Slinger Bag reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Slinger Bag’s sole discretion.
Slinger Bag does not accept any returns without the appropriate Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN may be obtained by contacting us at support.slingerbag.com.

Shipping Your Slinger Bag Products
All returns must be shipped in the original shipping carton and using the original packaging. If not possible, and only with the agreement of Slinger Bag, then suitable, appropriate packaging must be used to avoid any additional damage during the return shipping process.
Slinger Bag is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.
