You should always ask yourself the below after a training session or match if you are truly serious about getting better:
1. How am I feeling today? How have I felt after this session/match?
2. What went well? Positives about the session or match
3. What did not go so well? And what can I do differently next time I find myself in that position?
4. Have I learned anything new or reinforced something I learned previously?
5. This is for the hardcore ones. If you want to speed things up, take notes of it or record it on a voice note and see the learning curve accelerate over time!
